TELEHANCE

The Gap
Small businesses need telecom, fiber, phone systems, enterprise internet. The only way to get it has been calling a sales rep, sitting through a pitch, dodging upsells, and signing before end of quarter. The process is built around the commission calendar, not the customer.
Challenges
Telecom pricing depends on address, existing infrastructure, and carrier availability. You can't scrape your way to a real quote, and the gatekeepers at the carriers are the whole reason the incumbents charge what they charge.
What We Built
A fully automated intake that captures what the business needs and routes it through our partner network at Sandler and Telarus. Real quotes hit the customer's inbox inside 24 hours. No hard sell, no deadline pressure, no upsell theater. If they move forward, great. If they don't, they hear from us once and that's it.
Inside the build
01

AI Intake, No Sales Call

Tell the system what your business needs — employees, locations, phones, internet, contact center. It parses the answer in plain language, figures out which carriers serve your address, and routes a real quote. No discovery call, no pitch deck, no pressure to close by Friday.

02

Real Quotes in 24 Hours

Quotes come back with price, term, what's included, and what the incumbent is probably hiding. You read them on your own schedule. You pick what works. If nothing does, you walk — no call, no follow-up theater.

03

AI-Read Bill Optimization

Upload your current phone and internet bill. The model reads every line, flags the loyalty penalty, the redundant seats, the zombie service fees, and the contract end date you forgot about. Real savings estimates before you talk to a single rep.

04

Lifetime Account Watcher

Most brokers quote once and disappear. Ours watches the market every month — when carriers drop rates, when new fiber hits your ZIP, when your contract is 60 days from auto-renewal — and emails you the options. Telecom as a subscription, managed by AI.

How It's Different

The broker model, without the broker.

  • Warm Leads From Nuclear Directories

Our sister product indexes ten million US businesses and flags the ones still on legacy landlines — VoIP-ready, paying above market, contracts stale. Each one gets a Telehance recommendation in-bill. The first telecom broker that doesn't cold call because it doesn't have to.

  • Every Carrier Worth Naming

Intake routes through Sandler and Telarus — two of the largest technology services brokerages in North America — so a single conversation reaches RingCentral, 8x8, Comcast Business, Spectrum, Vonage, Nextiva, and every other business carrier worth considering. One intake, every provider.

  • AI That Reads Telecom Invoices

LLMs parse telecom bills like a forensic accountant reads a receipt. The model recognizes the carrier's product catalog, flags the upsold nonsense, and produces a plain-English breakdown of what's real and what's filler. Every line gets a reason.

  • Continuous Monitoring, Automated

When a new fiber build lands in your ZIP, we notice. When a carrier drops 5G Business rates, we notice. When your contract is 60 days from auto-renewal, we notice. Then we email the options. Nothing to check, nothing to remember. Telecom that manages itself.
